Check the "Refinishing" forum, I think there're some tacked threads there with photos, how-to's, etc.  I've used Lacquer-Stik with good results.  It does take a long time to cure, like a week or 10 days.  It doesn't work well in shallow or light roll marks.  Also used model paint, good in small, tight places.  Can't help with posting photos.

Use a hair dryer and crayons. With the hair dryer melt the crayons over the roll marks then use a credit card to scrape off the extra and bammo u have the roll marks filled. Plus if you don't like it you grab a tooth pick and scratch it out.! no mess and no problem removing.

Use Testor's model paint w/ just a dot of paint thinner mixed in.  Get the smallest brush/toothpick/etc you can find, dip into the paint, touch your rollmark, and be amazed as it "rolls" into the entire letter.  Let dry for about 10 minutes and get a paper towel damped w/ paint thinner and wipe over it to get excess off.

I've used both the Lacquer-Stiks and the testor's paint method.  It seemed the Lacquer-Stiks took forever to set-up.  The paint was quicker and the end result looked better.  I called the manufactuer of the Lacquer-Stiks about the curing or drying time since mine appeared to smear to the touch even a week or two after application.  They said the opposite of your observations.  They said the product was intended for shallow markings and not the deep ones found on some lowers.  They said thicker amounts of the Lacquer-Stik material would not set-up as well.  I asked about any methods for improving the drying or set-up but none were offered.
