I got  a 20 hbar that im cutting down to 18 inch. Anything else i should make shorter or change. im try to get as small of a package as i can without going to a 16 inch tube. so should i add collaspable stocks?????? what ever yall think i should add to make it as samll as possible for storage. And  i want serious answers, not you need to add a cup holder or any other bullshit crap.

Thanks

Scott

I would definitely add a collapsible stock.  Also send it to Adco and have it lightened while you are at it.  Why 18" and not 16"?

16 has to much velocity loss. and i think 18 inches sounds cool.

Make sure you re-crown the barrel!

Besides a collapsible stock and a shorter barrel, there's really not much you can to do shorten the OAL of the rifle...

18" sounds cool to me.  Being an H-bar (or not for that matter) it will be nose heavy and I might suggest a Magpul UBR as a collapsible stock since it is a bit heavier.  I have one on my midlength.  I find that the weight of the weapon doesn't bother me as much if the balance is right.
