I just got the enhanced trigger guard from magpul and I cant install because the friggin hole dont match up. I'm trying to install it on a Anvil Arms lower. Anyone else have this happen? And how do I fix it?

mine did that but i just worked it and used a vice to push the pin back through and it went in finally.  I have a superior arms lower!

The problem that I'm having is the front part of the guard. I cant get that hole to truly match up. When I try screwing the hex screw in it hits a little to the top and right of the threads. This is without the roll pin in.

Try filing the part of the trigger guard that hits the front ears of the lower. Then you want to touch it up with something like this.

File the part in red.

Thanks for all the help guys. i fixed by doing what norske advised. Worked but it was still tight as hell.  After reading your thread Forrest I think maybe AA lowers are slightly out of spec compared with most other lowers that dont have problems with this particular trigger guard.
