I saw one of Noveske's "Surprise Cock Fags" ejection port covers and got a kick out of it. Is there any other companies out their doing things like this?

Thats do-able. We just need some good art work in a .jpg format.

Need to be to scale or can you shrink/expand it to fit?

We can change the size of the image. The closer the better though, sometimes when you re-size the image the quality goes away.
