| Installing the bolt catch pin is a great place to use a pair of Vise-Grips or Channel-Locs instead of a pin punch. Tape up the receiver around everything, and then use the pliers to gently slide the pin in place. Now lots of people will call me a wimp for not getting out the mallet and pin punch, but there isn't much clearance around those lugs, and I have pretty big fingers, so it's a challenge to just get the punch lined up. Using the pliers method completely gets around those limitations for me. |
