Its nothing fancy, as I had to keep the cost down, but I thought I'd post since it's the information on this site that got me through my first build and helped me locate who has what parts available. Thanks for all the info. I had a heck of time building it, took about 4 hours to build the lower and snap on the upper, but next time I'm sure I can get through faster. I left out the second spring in the trigger between the trigger and the disconnector and had to take it back apart, then had a heck of a time putting the pin through the trigger and disconnect. I eventually figured out that the little spring between the trigger and the disconnect goes in fat side down, and the problem was solved.

UTG forearm and bipod
"M4" clone red dot sight from Primary Arms.....its a Chinese clone of some high dollar sight. The clone got good reviews on this site in the EE.

Nice first build and desk. I have the same one. Trust me and get use to it since you will be building and researching for many an hour for your next build.

Pretty good looking rifle.  After all said and done what did it end up running you?  $800? More?
