is there any pictorials showing how to take apart a lower? i want to duracoat my lower, but i dont think i want everything inside the lower as i cook it. thanks, adam

Refer to the sticky section on assembling a lower, just reverse the order.

Man, talk about knee, head,  body jerk on opening this.  Hope the colors fly normal soon.
The hardest part of stripping an AR is the trigger guard.  Get a piece of steel or something to span it's gap while removing the pin.
The bolt catch pin can be removed with a modified punch, make your own or see Brownells.  If niether need to be changed, I'd leave them alone.

Man, you must be reading my mind.   I was going to ask the same question, except I am using Norrel's Moly Resin,  And I just want to spray the pieces and not the lower.
