Ok, I am sure this has been asked before but I couldn't find it. So sorry for what I am sure is a dupe question. I saw a lower receiver at my local dealer that was a Spikes tactical lower stripped receiver in the "Multi" cal. I am looking to build an AR up, I basically just want a .223 gun. Is this a good way to go. I am sure this is what most would consider a stupid question but I have no where else to bounce this off other than this board. Is buying a "multi" cal lower more work than one that is stated 223? Thanks for answers in advance.

Same receiver, different markings for folks who want no questions if they swap calibers.
