[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Hammer not cocking back

I recently installed a Jard trigger in my Rock River Arms lower. Occasionally the hammer gets stuck and I have to open the gun up and free the hammer. It ejects the spent casing but the bolt just kinda gets stuck also. The only way to free it up is to separate the upper and lower and release the hammer from a kinda half cocked position. Can someone help me with this?

Sounds like it may be out of adjustment. I had to keep playing with the disconnect adjustment and sear adjustment screws on my Jard to find the sweet spot.
