I am assembling a rifle for my brother, who is effectively blind in his right eye.  We want to put a lefty rifle together and I want to know what options are out there.
The primary uses will be groundhog hunting and targets.  He wants a 24" barrel because he likes the look and wants the little extra fps.
Is the Stag 6L the best pre-assembled option?
Who else makes Lefty uppers?

Thanks for any help.

IMHO lefty uppers are unnecessary.

It may be unnecessary, but it is what he wants to spend his money on.
If you spend close to a thousand bucks for something you don't need, it is frivolous.
If you spend close to a thousand bucks for something you don't need or want, it is foolish.

Noveske did make them, although I'm not sure if they still do.

One of my shooting friends has the left handed Stag in 24" and it seems to be fine.

i think dpms also made them, because 6 months ago i was trying to find the same thing for a friend.  I do believe you can search for a thread under the "uppers etc" forum.
