Anybody have recommendations for a free float tube that has a sling stud or at least a hole for a sling stud.  I don't really want to mess with drilling and tapping.  I see a lot of different tubes in different price ranges but most don't seem to have a sling stud or mention it in the description.  I'm looking for a pretty basic one that won't cost me a fortune.  Maybe somewhere around $100 or less.  Thanks.

You looking for railed or plain?  Most of the plain ones will already have some sort of sling swivel or at least be drilled and tapped.

Yankee Hill  Customizeable free float, about 1/2 way down the page

You didn't say what rifle barrel length, but if its a 20".........You could go the National Match route, and use standard handguards - with this tube from Fulton Armory:

Bushmaster makes one for about $100 that has the stud and is a three piece unit so it can be indexed properly.  That way you can reuse it on another rifle and the stud can be indexed to the bottom.  You can't do that with the one piece tubes.  It also has vents.  Look on the Bushmaster site.  It's the same one they use on their preditor pursuit models.  I used one recently –– nice unit.
