I called Model 1 today to order a pistol barrel , BCG & charging handle expecting it to take 18 weeks to arrive. Was told 8 weeks, I said " you must have caught up on your orders" they said no, but they decided to split the shipping process. If you order an upper, or a kit it will stil take 16 to 18 weeks but if you order barrels or other parts, they are able to ship quicker.

hey, that is good news. I was thinking about getting a barrel but the crazy long wait talked me out of it. I could handle 8 weeks alot easier than 20!

Don't be fooled by that BS.....I've had 2 barrels on order since beginning of Dec, was told then "6-8 weeks". It's now beginning of March and I'm still told "6-8 weeks".
WTF!!!!!!!!!
