I have a Bushmaster XM15 carbine with 6pos stock on it, I want to add a modstock rifle A1 stock to it. I have searched all over and see lots of articles talking about this stock will only fit on colt or milspec reciever extension tubes although this stock will fit on collapsable or rifle tube, mine is a commercial buffer tube. What do I need to do for this stock to fit? Thanks

You can buy the complete Vltor kit. This will have the stock, buffer tube, spring and buffer in it. It will be all milspec. The Vltor tubes are nice because they are numbered and very good quality for only $50 extra and you get a good spring and buffer too.
