[ARCHIVED THREAD] - free float tube

I am new to the ar world andwas woundering what all hase to be changed out when replacing the standard hand guard with a free float tube and a sight base gas block. Does this require a new gas tube or is it just take one off and put the other on?? Any info. appericated.

depeneds on what kinda free float ur goin to get

a dainiel defense omega rail can be put on and be free float withought removing anything

othere require gas block removal and new barrel but
