Fixed stocks take rifle buffers and buffer springs. There are at least three fixed stocks that do not use the A1/A2 rifle buffer. RRA Entry Sully Ban Era fixed "collapsables" I’m referring to standard A1/A2 fixed stocks. Not aftermarket variants. But thanks for bringing that up. ETA: And Ban Era fixed "collapsables" such as the Bushmaster version did infact take full length buffers and springs. |
