I am building my first AR and purchased a couple of RRA stripped lowers. I would like to install RRA LPKs but am unsure of what the packaging looks like. Reading a few posts it looks like the parts themselves are not marked so I need to know what the packaging looks like. I would like to purchase the "Rock Solid" parts from Pete, but he is sold out and getting a hold of him is not the easiest task. I was talking to a fellow at the gun show and he had LPKs which he said were RRA, but his packaging did not look like the one that was for sale in EE a couple days ago.
I did a search for RRA LPK but did not get any hits. Thanks |

Mine came in some plain plastic baggies. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v461/HOSTIL1/Guns/P1000745.jpg Thank you very much. Your packaging looks like the RRA LPK that was for sale in EE. The guy at the gun show had one small package of parts about 2'X2" square and 1" thick. |

Yep, mine came in little baggies, combined in one big bag.
Some (not all) of my RRA kits have a orange sticker that says INSPECTED BY and then some person's name. RRA LPKs come with metal triggerguards; some other makers (e.g. Bushmaster) use plastic. Check the vendor's triggerguard and see if it's metal. |

I haven't got a RRA LPK since the election. |
