[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Timney trigger customer service??

I sent a Timney AR10 trigger in over a month ago due to some trigger creep and after numerous calls and emails I can't get them to respond- anyone have trouble with their CS? Thay seemed real helpful but I can't contact them now. Thoughts?
