First time build for me.  It seems like the pin that secures the trigger went in very easy and, in addition, once in, there doesn't seem to be anything keeping it from backing out.  I checked the trigger kit for some type of retainer rings that go over the grooves in the pins but didn't see anything.  Am I missing something?  Thanks in advance.

The hammer spring keeps the trigger pin from working itself out.  One leg of it should lay in the groove in the side of the pin.

..And in the middle of the hammer pin hole is a "kept spring" that holds the pin centered in the hammer.

Sounds good.  I'll recheck my work.  Thanks for the help.

Just so there is no confusion with this post. BOTH hammer spring legs rest on top of the trigger pin, and yes, ONE of those legs should be in the groove. I'm sorry, i could see someone trying to put one leg over and the other under.
