| I am thinking about having an 18 inch barrel threaded and a muzzle brake installed for a competition rifle modification. As I have read the material on this site, it is my understanding that this is legal now, but would not have been legal before the ban expired. The threaded barrel would not be shortened, and the muzzle brake would not be permanently affixed. Can someone confirm whether I have correctly understood the legality of the matter. |
