I assembled my first AR from a Stag lower and RRA LPK and upper. The assembly pins are real tight. If I work them will they loosen or can I do something else to loosen them up?

As related in another thread I have to vigorously pound out the takedown pin with a hammer and punch on 4 builds with tight EA lowers: http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=4&t=408523 They did not loosen at all after firing a few rounds to zero. I find it hard to believe they will loosen enough to where the pins can be removed by hand. |
