Has anyone had their M1S free float tube break or deform on them from normal wear and tear?

I had ordered one from Model 1 Sales, but apparently the order was lost at some point.

I went ahead and ordered a DPMS free float tube from Del-Ton instead. Hopefully should be here soon, as I want to get this rifle put together.

I have a 24" whistle pig exterminator with a FF tube from Model 1 that I built in 2003 and it has held up very well. It never deformed or gave me any cause for concern.

I also have a 20" rifle with a FF tube form model 1 that is about 6 months old and it has also been fine so far.

Does the model 1 sales tube come with every thing needed to install it. ( barrel nut etc.)?
