I am starting to gather up the parts to build an AR for a friend of mine. He has very specific details on what he is wanting. I have had no problem finding all the parts that he wants except for the barrel. He wants a 14.5 fluted barrel like the one in the picture below. Does anyone know where you can buy one or suggest some places that will build/flute a barrel. I am thinking that you would want to start with a standard HBar and then flute the end.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If he is willing to start with a HBAR and is willing to go to 16" you could use a Sabre Defense Competition Deluxe barrel.
