I'd like to see pics of various Del-Ton kits.  There's a bunch of threads where people ask about Del-Ton kits but not a lot of pics of completed kits.

Here's my california legal del-ton. It's built on a double star lower. Nevermind the cheesy bipod for the pic.  Mark

I sure wish that I could post a pic of my Del-Ton Middy. I think I was the first one to order from these guys. Let me tell you,I'm very pleased with mine. I was going for a beater rifle that I could take to the range/truck gun. I'm in love! She's a good rifle, will eat anything I put in her with no complaints, and is pretty accurate to boot! What's not to like?!

ETA: Those are some nice rifles, dudes!

Here's my less-than-a-week-old 20" HBAR on a Doublestar lower:

I sighted it in today at 36 yards (Marine Corps method).  I fired it from a sling-supported prone position.  Here's my best 3-round sighter group:

I did have to shift the rear sight to the left to center up windage POI.  But I've noticed that all of my rifles are like that, so it must be something with my eyes, I guess.

Today was the first time I shot it.  I fired a mag with one cartridge to verify that the rifle went full cycle and locked back the bolt.  I then loaded a mag with two rounds, to make sure it didn't double or go full-auto.  Careful, I know, but that's how I was taught to test a newly-assembled rifle.  I then went into firing 3-round sighters.

We fired a total of 46 rounds with 0 problems.  Ammo was the cheap Federal BP223B 55gr FMJ in the 100 round bulk pack from Wal-Mart.

My son fired it - his first time with an AR - and remarked about the buffer schwaaannggg!  Now he wants one, so I think Del-Ton will be hearing from us again soon.  There's a big gun show in Louisville sometime in the next week or so, so I think we're planning on driving down there to buy his lower.
