I have a DPMS stripped lower and want to get a LPK for it.

Who makes the good LPK's and who makes the ones to stay away from?

I dont know who to stay away from but i can tell you that i couldn't of been happier with my Rock River Arms lower parts kit.  The parts were very high quality and the trigger is really nice IMO.    The RRA LPK are a bit more expensive than some of the other companies but when you are only talking $15-$20 it really isnt that big of a deal.  Also I didnt like the grip because it felt really small, but i have long fingers and fat hands so i put on a magpul MIAD and picked large inserts for it.

I have used LPKs from Stag, RRA and Bushmaster with great results.  I have also used three LPKs from DPMS and each kit was missing at least one piece.  The pieces that were there were great.  Not a huge deal since I keep a lot of spare parts on hand and always buy extra LPKs but something to consider.

This isn't a DPMS back as all.  I still buy their LPKs because the 10 or 15 bucks I save on the price fo the kit makes up for the 50 cents I lose because a detent was missing.

The last DPMS lpk that I used had a bent bolt catch. I didn't notice until I had already installed it.

Scratched a new lower getting it back out.

Used a RRA lpk on the lower that I built yesterday.
