[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Chrome bolt carrier group?

Any benefit in replacing the stock BCG in an Olympic K16 with a chrome BCG? They look cool. But any good reason to do it?

Only if you replace it with a Young BCG.

I wouldn't trust a no-name chrome BCG.

Easier to clean - rather, easier to tell when it's clean.
