I am pondering purchasing a Noveske Rifle Works barrel group.  The last barrel group I purchased from them came in seperate components.  Now their barrel groups come assembled and need to be disassembled prior to installation on the upper receiver.  I know that the pin on my last gas block took a good bit of force to install.  Has anyone had any trouble removing Noveske gas blocks from barrel groups?

thanks.

Had no problems at all in removing the pin on the gas block on my 18" SPR barrel.
Gas block was then gently tapped off...

When you order, ask them to send it disassembled.

I will ask, but I don't think they will, especially with the new switchblock.  They said a lot of people have had trouble getting them together.  It seems like it should be simple enough, 1 pin and 1 set screw.  I was just wondering if anyone had problems with the pin peening over during the initial installation, making it difficult to take apart.

I did it on my first build. Was putting a 16.1 with a DD 12" Lite. If you take your time, you shouldnt have a problem.

Good Luck!
