I have a NY AWB complaint upper with a welded on muzzle brake. I have a 10" samson/troy rail on it and the front sight is cut down and railed over.

Is there any other cheaper rail option out there that I can swap for the troy that mount the same? I was looking at the YHM's but they use there own barrel nut and I don't think I can get it on over all the stuff I can't remove. I am not sure about this since I haven't really taken it apart to try.

I just want to replace the troy rail with something cheaper and put the troy up on the EE. I don't like shooting this upper all that much with the muzzle break and the fact that it is 14.5 pinned to 16" so it is short and loud. But since I cut the front sight and the front hand guard mount  I am not sure I have any cheap options for swapping out the troy rail and replacing with anything different or cheaper.

MI. It mounts the same way. But you wouldn't save that much.

Yeah I just saw it surfing through brownells. Wouldn't be worth the swap. Maybe I can find one on the EE. The troy is nice but it is a waste sitting on a gun that I am only going to shoot when I got to NY three or so times a year.
