How good are del-ton bolts ? Was thinking about replacing mine with bcm bolt. The one I have from del-ton has tool marks on the face of the bolt. Is this normal.

Just replace it, keep it for a spare.

like deep tool marks, or .00001" deep circular lines?
If it's only cosmetic I wouldn't mess with it. Deep gouges can cause problems (really deep), but if it's just for looks.....
