Thinking about a Noveske lower receiver is $145.00 a good price or can I do better?

Give or take $5 of that are what I have been seeing them for. Are you set on Noveske, cause there is a lot of other lowers out there just as good with out the premium for the name.

I paid more than that for the 2 I just bought, but once I got them I realized they were worth the money I spent. They look so much better in person.

Sounds about right, they are a lower that is hard for most Noveske dealers to keep in stock.

Can anyone tell me if they are teflon coated?

No, they are anodized, and teflon is not applied over the top.

Thank You Stick!

Thought I had read somewhere that they were tefloned, but you've clarified it for me.
