i'm looking for your opinions on cryo treatment. barrels, lpk's and such?  anybody with any experience with this.  i have had it done to auto parts and i know it made a big difference on those kinds of things but i just wanted to se what you guys think about using it on your firearm parts.

btw, i have a place locally that does it so there's less hassle with shipping and everything.

thanks

you near pine bluff, ar?  i had some punches in one of our heavy use dies cryo'ed and we cut our downtime in half.  it works for things like that!  i figure a bolt and barrel would be good.

no sorry it was some guy in pine bluff. i am in jonesboro.  i never thought about til you mentioned it.  the trigger and hammer kit would do real good i bet.  that seems to be the biggest complaint for wear.

I remember this being a big fad for weapons about 10 years ago.  I don't really know if it works or not.
