I just finished my lower receiver, and I have my Spike's Tactical Upper and Olympic Bull Barrel on their way.

This is my first build and I'm a little lost on obtaining the parts for the Upper Receiver.
From what I can gather- since I have the Upper and Barrel, I need:

Gas block
Gas tube
Barrel Nuts (and associated)
Bolt assembly
Charging handle
Hand guard kit

Is there a kit for Barrel Nuts (and associated)?
Whats the best/inexpensive way to build a bolt?

You will need the proper tools and equipment. What type of handguards are you going to use? If you use the standard plastic ones You can order a pak with the barrel nut, delta ring, weld spring, and lock ring all together.

Don't forget the pin that hold the gas tube to the gas block.

There's no bolt carrier in you list.  Are you including that in the bolt assembly?

Don't bother trying to build a bolt.  If I were you I'd buy one of these - Denny's Super Duty.  Denny does a good job putting them together and they come with everything you need; bolt, firing pin, etc.

Is your barrel new or used?  If it is a used barrel I would get it head spaced.

ETA - You'll also need sights.
