Stay away from the teflon coated type...recently put a Bushmaster upper on a DPMS lower & the match isn't great (I really don't care about the slight difference though),...just picked up 2 of these DPMS uppers for a couple more builds because of the price, using DPMS lowers & the match obviously is perfect. www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=106337848 |
| DPMS catalog advises that both the DPMS upper and lower are teflon coated. That said, a DPMS or a CMMG part will match well. That is the idea with the teflon crap, it makes matching easier as the parts are painted to avoid the color difference that regular parts have. |
