Whats the best way to hold the upper while pulling on the 3/4" wrench?

I have the upper in a delrin block in the vise but it still wants to twist, it seem I need to also support the barrel.

Barrel vice blocks are what I use for FH instalation and removal.

I put a piece of leather belt in the jaws of a small pipe wrench, it worked perfect and not a mark on the barrel.
