Hello all. This is my first build and I wanted some feedback as to the parts I'm considering to get. To start with I'd like to get the following: Badger Ordnance MODEL 2 Tac Latch Preinstalled Daniel Defense M4Rail Handguards 7.0" Preinstalled LMT UPPER 16" Gen 2 Improved Trigger Guard MAGPUL MIAD BASIC KIT OD GREEN MAGPUL TEXTURED RAIL PANELS OD GREEN YOUNG M16 CHROME BOLT CARRIER GROUP COMPLETE I'm also looking into the group buy for a Spike's lower and either a UBR or PRS stock. Please leave your comments and criticisms. This is a big investment for me and I like to have all the input I can. The basis of this rifle is target/home defense carbine, something short, light, and sturdy. I originally was going to hold out for the Masada but considering the upcoming election that might not be available ...grumble... Thanks again |

Build complete, pics coming. Still need a rear site, but everything looks great. Had some alignment issues with the Omega rail, but nothing major. I have to also give +1 to Denny's Guns/GTS every time I placed an order it was 3 days to my doorstep. That's excellent. I also switched out some parts do to $$$. I got the CTR, all parts in black, and a LMT BCG. Again, pics are coming. |
