Im looking into buying a kit to build my first AR!

On the Del-Ton kits, does anyone know if the front sights can be removed? if so, how? do i have to grind it off or does it remove with tools?

thanks!

I just got my Del-Ton upper a few days ago & not sure what you want to do by taking the front site off, but you can get it directly from them set up however you want. I got mine with a specter low profile gas block instead of the A2 front site. I am fortunate to live relatively close to them & I went over & they pretty much put my upper together how I wanted it. They were very friendly & great to deal with.

quick question. anyone had to restake the gas key on the del-ton kits or do they do a good job from the start?
