hey ya'll - I am almost odne with my first build....but I am stuck on what BCG to pick up, I was looking at either an RRA BCG or a Young Manufacturing all chrome bolt and carrier (looks flashy ) - so what are the advantages of a chrome lined carrier over a non-chrome lined carrier? aside from cost difference is it worth the extra 50 bucks for a chrome lined BCG? thanks a tone guys for your help!

I am no expert on the subject. I have not even gotten as far as the BCG yet on my build....but I have read that the main advantage to the chrome BCG's is ease of cleaning. It has also been stated that the chrome surface has less friction, there by causes less wear.

I think both of those are true statements, but for the most part the chrome is not needed. Just what I have read in various post on here.
