Can anybody tell me the best way to index a flash suppressor? I don't want to torque too hard. Can I use more than 1 crush washer/peel washer? Can I use one of each? Sorry if it has already been explained, I'm fairly new to the forum. Thanks!

I have been looking for this answer as well. My search-fu is weak.  h.gif

You can get a new crush washer and torque it down until it indexes, or you can use peel washers stacked to get the proper thickness, or you can get different thickness shim washers and select the proper thickness, or you can carefully file or sand down the back of the flash suppressor to get the proper fit (which is what I like to do, but it must be done carefully to keep the surfaces square).  I like to use locktite and tighten by hand.  Over tightening the FS will distort the muzzle and degrade accuracy.
