Which are the best ones to use, or advantages and disadvantages of them, and who has the best pricing on them?

Thanks in advance

I just installed some KNS 2nd generation pins yesterday.  Took about 5 minutes, 4 of which was to find my small rubber hammer.  The design looks good, and even though probably not necessary on a semi-auto, gives peace of mind to protect the lower.  I paid $25 from Brownells.  Once the new AWB kicks in, I will sleep easy knowing my lower is protected for life.  Hope this helps.

I just picked up a set of KNS Gen 1 pins from GTS/Dennys and they are awesome. I need a set of the Gen 2 pins for my 9mm build.

One disadvantage, although slight, is if you're in the field and blow out a primer into your lower and you can't shake it out, you will need an allen wrench to remove your trigger group to clear the primer.

Please don't flame me. You asked.

I've never used them, but my next build will get the KNS set.  It's not just a full-auto issue.  I've had the pins on my semi autos start to walk when I was blazing through a lot of ammo rapidly.

While I've never lost a primer, I did come very close to having my fire control group come un-pinned.

I don't know why my one rifle did it.  It was a DPMS lower with a RRA 2-stage trigger group...

I put KNS kit's on my two RRA's, one of them after having to take the trigger group out three times (Don't ask ) the pins felt loose so I figured it was cheep insurance.

The nice thing about these is this is an upgrade you can do in a few seconds without even splitting your rifle open.

Just push the existing pins out with the anti-walk pins, install the screws and you're... done!
