I have a stag lower with a dpms upper, and when I first got the rifle there was no wobble at all when the two were pinned together.  Now there is a slight wobble when I rapidly apply pressure in opposite directions of the upper and lower, and all I did was pop out the pins once or twice to install the vertical grip as I couldn't install from the front.  I didn't apply any damage to either the upper or lower, and the pins are sitting all the way in like they are suppose to, all aligned up correct.  So why the wobble now?  any fix? is it the front pivot pin bent somehow?  Any advice is helpful, thanks!

You have now experienced "wear in".  This is normal for those that actually take a rifle apart or shoot them.  Your parts fit tight when new and they had full finish, but they have mated to each other now.
You can:
a) ignore it as you do not have any problem
OR
b) add a rubber accuwedge to lessen the wobble

Do a search on the topic, there are lots of post each month on the same issue.

Thanks alot for your info, makes perfect since, i knew i didn't break it!  Are there any normal town stores that would carry an accuwedge? or is it an online thing only?

I used some electrical heat shrink tubing, cutting 2 small slivers and sat them on the mating surfaces of the upper and lower right above the safety selector rollmarkings.  It will take a little downward force on the upper to get the rear pin in (depending on how tight/loose the fit is) but when it goes in, you'll have that tight fit you initially had.  Quick, simple, and cheap fix.

IIRC Accuwedges cost about 3 bucks?  Last time I bought heat sheat tubing at the hardware it was somewhere around 3 bucks or so depending on what size you want.  If you purchase an Accuwedge online, you should add it to an order with other parts to make the shipping worthwhile.  Who knows, someone on the forum might be nice enough to throw one of them in the snailmail for you.

I just used a small o-ring on the front upper lug. This took all the wobble out of mine.
