Yep if you compare the two cartriges side by side the only diff is the neck and throat
there is no diff other than that, when I got my first .204 my dad almost got .204 and .223
mixed up because they look so alike!

not sure about that I have no experience with it, is it a modified .223 or what?

Oh I forgot to mention that regular mags will work with .204 too.
