I've completed the build of my CMMG lower, with all the cool components I wanted to add to it... So now, I'm starting to look at upper components, and since I'm trying to build a good quality rock solid M4gery pretty much, these are the components I'm looking at so far: CMT M4 Cut Upper reciever complete Bravo Company's ION bonded M16 BCG PRI gas buster charging handle(I ordered the badger ordnance Tac Latch Gen II last night for it)... And possibly a Larue 9" rail. Now, please let me know what y'all think about my choices of components and any other suggested components... Who's barrels I could possibly go with on this build as well as any other suggested components for this build... Also, does anyone know how close the CMT upper would match the CMMG lower that I have? Thanks Brandon |

Stag / CMT uppers are on the low-gloss side of anodizing. So its a pretty flat finish. The surface also seems more textured in a sense. Compared to say Mega (glossy) and the RRA's which are more satin. The Stag/CMT uppers are usually a perfect match for Combat Black Duracoat. If that helps or makes sense. |

So what manufacturer would match a CMMG lower? This is what the site says "Receiver is mil-spec hard coat anodized aircraft grade 7075 T6 aluminum and is Teflon coated for added durability and color consistency." What about the rest of the components for the upper? Any comments good or bad concerning those Brandon |
