I am going to build my own entry level Ar 223 I am looking for the best place and cheapest place to buy a complete upper that also includes all the parts to build a stripped lower. Thanks for the help in advance.

check Del-Ton or J&T in the Ind/EE board--they have great CS and prices on AR kits
Model 1 sales, and MA Parts are a couple others
