Newly registered but ive been lurking here for a while. Just built a new addition to the family. I picked up all the part last weekend at the dome center gun show. the guy i bought the upper said that all of their barrels are wilsons. When i got home i looked it over more and think its a Olympic. I wont know for sure till i take the gas block off to verify. Lower is a RRA with no name parts kit and a 7 position stock. upper as i mentioned is a 16" bull with a button nose and Oly floating tube and Oly gas block. thanks guys. Ive handled tons of 16's and m4's when i was in but this is my first build. I already have plans on a big bore target variant. As I get into the next one ill be swapping out these cheap parts for some better ones and do some home trigger work. Im actually debating on a 80% for the next one. too many hobbies and not enough hrs in the day. jd |

well i got the BUIS today. A set of Midwest Industry Folding Battle Sights. not sure if axactly like them but the price was right and im dieing to shoot. the one wierd thing is the that front folds forward if on the gas block. hopefully ill be able to leave it up right when i get the ACOG.
