Alright, I've got a little problem.

I have a large hole 6520 upper.  I want to remove the barrel.  I will then swap the barrel with my ban-era small hole 6530, creating an evil gun.

However, the barrel nut is on TIGHT.  I can't get it to move, even putting my body weight into it such that the whole bench is being lifted up.

I've been building for years, and have NEVER seen one this tight.

Ideas?

Heat it up with a torch or something, there might be some loctite on it.

MAPP gas torch. If that doesn't work, there's always the dremel.
