Does anyone have experiance with Neco Fire Lapping Ammo or the Dan Tubbs fire lapping bullets you load yourself?
I was thinking about trying it in a cheap AR barrel I have; but wanted to see if anyone here had actually tried it?

I used Tubbs in an E.R.Shaw barrel for my 308 Bolt gun and it did make cleaning a lot easier.I would not use any fire lapping bullets in a custom barrel like Shilen,Pac-nor ect.Mike

Used em on a .22 LR, but not centerfire yet. Worked great. Wont work on my Chromelined barrel though of course

I'm going to try it. I just ordered the Tubb's Final Finish 223's from Cabellas. I will let you know what I think.
