Help picking a barrel > Build It Yourself

I am in the process of buying parts for a build and I am looking for opinions on these two barrels, I want it to be accurate and plan on optics and shooting out to 300yrds.

WOA 20" Fluted SS 1/8 twist rifle length gas with a Wyled chamber it is their SDM barrel.

And Sabre Defence 18" Fluted SS 1/8 twist mid length 5.56 chamber

I'd take the WOA!!! I know with the WOA that I am going to get a barrel with a perfectly cut chamber that is centered. The Wylde chamber has no issues with .223 or 5.56 ammo.

Ok thanks for the opinions, I was leaning towards the WOA but was not sure about going 20" instead of 18" and I started hearing good things about Sabre Defence, so many choices

Have you looked at the 18" SPR, if not you can probably call and ask WOA if they will remove 2 inches from the muzzle on SDM barrel. Or you can order the barrel then send to ADCO who will have it done very quickly and professionally. ADCO also sells quite a bit of WOA barrels and parts.

Yes I have but I want a 1/8 twist, I did plan on calling because I wanted a fitted low profile gas block installed on the barrel, this will be mostly a target gun so the extra 2" will not be that big a deal.

John does custom builds but, it may take 6-8 weeks.
