Anyone ever have this problem? The trigger pin works loose after 20 rounds or so. Never had this problem before. The lower is a Superior Arms and the pin is from DPMS. Any suggestions? Thanks, |
No, the hammer spring is in correctly, the gun fucntions great until the pin works out, somewhere between twenty and thirty rounds. Either the trigger pin hole is over sized, or the trigger pin is under sized, or a combination of the two. Do they make larger trigger pins? |
Again, take a look at KNS stainless steel pins or their Anti-Rotational pin sets. They come in different diameters. KNS Precision |
I've seen this several times, it's always been the hammer spring. And yeah, the weapon will usually function right up untill the trigger pin walks out,. Take it to a gunsmith so he can flip your hammer spring for you, or charge you for a bunch of crap thjat you don't need. |
+1 Just what he said. You don't need anything else like the KNS pins. Just double check your hammer spring. |
You were right, my hammer spring was in backwards. I feel like an idiot. thanks again for the input. |
