Is the rifle barrle in a vise?
Are you turing it in the correct direction?
What is the barrle length?
Is there loc-tite on the threads?
Did you try kroil or pb blaster?
Did you try high heat to defeet the loctite?

Vise - check
Correct direction - check
What is the barrle length? 16 inch, light profile
Is there loc-tite on the threads? Does not appear so
Did you try kroil or pb blaster? Negative
Did you try high heat to defeet the loctite? Check - blowtorch

I am afraid that I might bend the barrel if I torque it too much more.

Best,
Sven

I'd mount the vise as close to the FH as possible.  Heat the sob good and re try.

or you could hit with some kroil let it soak a few hours and reheat.

What tool (and what is the length) are you using to remove the flash hider ?

I use a Crescent-type adjustable wrench , which I modified by adding a 12" pipe.  Makes for an inexpensive breaker bar.

Heat and torque is key.
