can 308 AR rifles use AR-15 A2 handguards and stocks?

DPMS can use AR15 stocks with different buffers. Full float tubes will not fit. I believe the stock handguards do work but require a larger collar.

Some of the aftermarket grips will work on on the DPMS and others will work only after they are modified a little. Some of the stocks with the raised cheekpeices will not work on the .308 rifles due to the longer charging handle stroke. Those are the only exceptions I know of.
