[ARCHIVED THREAD] - ELEVATION DRUM CHANGE

I posted this in the sight forum and can't get an answer. Can the ele drum on my ArmaLite NM (which is graduated in clicks be swapped out for a 3/8 drum)??

Both seem to have the same number of detents.
